H&B Brings Wrongful Death Suit Against Wachovia Bank for ATM Shooting

The firm is currently litigating several inadequate security cases in various parts of the State, including a case against Wachovia in Homestead, Florida. Partner Jim Hannon has a wealth of experience litigating negligent security cases. He achieved a $2 million dollar settlement against a shopping center on another inadequate security shooting case in Miami. H&B looks forward to working with co-counsel to achieve justice for Florida's families who are injured because of irresponsibly deficient security practices.

H&B Pursuing Just Compensation for Brain Injured Clients

Partner Rob Boyers has extensive experience in trying and litigating brain injury cases and obtained a $5 million dollar settlement for a brain injured client who rear ended a front loader in a construction site. Mr. Boyers is now under contract with James Legal Publishing to author chapters on the intricacies of proving brain injury cases. His chapter on successfully cross-examining defense experts in traumatic brain injury cases will be published in an upcoming 2009 supplement to the treatise, "Proving Mental and Emotional Injuries."
